The 84-storey Dubai Tower Doha was the winning entry in a 2004 international design competition. It was the striking tower form that the client was initially drawn to and every effort has been made to stay true to this original concept. The client’s aspiration for the project was for it to be a beacon for Dubai in Doha, Qatar. RMJM sought to make Dubai Towers Doha a true mixed use development, locating the various programmatic elements in order to bring all the uses and end users together while providing appropriate privacy. With the combination of hotel, serviced apartments, offices, residential apartments and retail space, Dubai Tower Doha seeks to create a high-end luxury development where occupants can truly live, work and play.
